Looking to upgrade my 2002 Hoyt Cybertec, the Alpha Max looks sweet, curious if anyone has had the pleasure of letting a few fly from it?

Yup. Shot one in Kelowna. It felt nice and was very quiet. I just couldn't justify paying $1000 for a bare bow.

I shot one too in Kelowna. Smooth draw, quiet ,an pretty quick I thought. I wouldn't mind to have one but the price turned me off.

with the dollar the way it is, the costs of all bows has risen considerably. one would be hard pressed to find a top end bow much below the 1000 dollar mark......

As Jesse says - any of the top-of-the-line bows are starting in and around the 1K mark. It's a fact of life for us "Eh?" sayers. Although...if you wait for year end clearouts you should be able to save a couple hundred $

I have an Ultra-tec for targets but I got a Cyber-tec for hunting and 3D. I like it and think I'll stick with it.;)Seems lately my mad money has gone toward a couple of rifle acquisitions.
