Does anyone know of a meat locker in Princeton or Hope

there used to be a cold locker/butcher just a the base of stemwinder....guy made a wicked landjaeger...

I believe one of the butchers at the local save-on does butcher work on the side and has his own locker at home, he also did a pretty nice job of my moose a few years back. not sure if he's still there or not though
