Shipping meat to island question.

First season as a licensed BC resident. Live in Victoria and hunting the Lumby/Kelowna area. Flying is cheaper than driving so need to find way to get meat shipped. I'll be hunting Oct.27-Nov.3. Anyone know of a butcher still operating that late in the Lumby area.

I would think the shipping of a lot of meat would be big$. Maybe more than the savings on the flight :idea:

I had a price quoted a few years ago from Houston to Duncan. If memory serves correct it was about 200 bucks.
