Browsing season reports I noticed someone asking if anybody went out on Waterfowl Heritage Days.

Being new to the site I will try to post a pic of my grandson Alex and his friend Austen. They each got a bird with their 1st shot.

Several flocks and a box of shells later not a feather touched!!!
Two more waterfowlers Hooked.

All right where are the pic's. I like this idea to get people interested in a certain type of hunting. Oh, did the boys clean their own birds? Decoys or what. Anyways good on you for spending time with them.

Used to take the boys and their buddies out for WFH days. Tried to find a boy this year, but everyone was tied up with hockey and field lacrosse, will have to book them earlier next year. Our boys are 18 and 20 now, so don't really qualify, but as you can see below we had some fun hunts with kids, a number of which are still hunting years later.

Pete and his buddy are still eager to hunt.

Thanks mom.

Looks like all the pumps are breached open, and the couple semis how do you know if they're loaded. Also muzzle direction you cant tell for sure in pictures.

Keep these kinds of comments to yourself.
(not how you make friends on this or any site)

Great pics. I can't think of anything more rewarding then watching kids duck hunt or upland hunt!!

Lets see some more pics!!

treat every gun as if it were loaded. all the time. that's like step one in safe firearm handling.
