Normaly I put in for a spring grizzly and have gotten it only once in the past thirteen years. I have never put in for the fall draw because I'm too busy hunting to dedicate the time to a grizz.

New plan. My hunting partner is going to be working out of Alexis creek for the next three years. So we are thinking of fore-going the spring draw and trying for the fall, Bella Coola area.

I have a nineteen foot steel hulled boat, with an outboard, jet or prop.

It will be a bowhunt. We hope to set up treestands on creeks/rivers that still have enough salmon to keep bears active.

We both have plenty of bear experience.

For the guys in the know, you likely don't want to give out to much. But maybe you'd be willing to tell me where NOT to go. Some places look good on paper but that's all.

I've only been to Bella Coola twice, once at Christmas and once in the late summer. So I don't know the area at all.

Pm if you'd like to be listed on the credits of the "Grizzly Adventure" video.
