Here's the info I got in an email from the hunters brother

Big Moose ..

This big bull has a spread that measured 64.5 inches with a 35 point rack and it scored a 229. The official measurement will come after the rack has dried for 60 days. Judging from the last picture, this big guy stood at least 6 feet at the shoulder. That would put the top of his rack at well over 9 feet off the ground.

i,m going to go out on a limb here and guess that this moose was shot on the east side of the rockies,maybe saskatchewan,maybe even farther east.
