Twas a good shoot. Had about 35 shooters and 10 turkeys! Not sure who but someone also donated a bunch of Jim Shockey DVDs and hats... thanks to who ever did that... I'm looking forward to watching mine!!

Shot my personal best today with the longbow, even better than my previous best with a compound! Happy guy! Thanks to Martin and Bochunk and others for all the work in setting up and organization!

Thank you to all who came out. We had a good turn out at 53 like the hernit said. That's good for this time of year. Thank you to Lyn(sp?) who came up to help set up on Sat and to all those who helped bring in targets. I had a grate shoot shooting my new personal best a 28 point increase. I brought along a first timer to this shoot. I figured it would be a good one because no one really gices a hoot about scores and I could help him with the ranges if he needed it. He said he had a great time and I think he looks forward to when his score will mean more to him than arrows lost. :rolleyes:
