where to stay in Cache Creek?

Heading to Cache Creek this upcoming weekend for a Muley. Anyone know of a cheap hotel/motel/inn to stay in Cache Creek?

i believe theres 2 motels. i know that theres one for sure but have never been in it. No clue about prices though.

Cache Creek is like Hope. Fall asleep at the wheel driving through and you're likely to drive into a motel.

I've stayed at Robbie's a few years ago. You might want to go door to door or phone ahead for prices. They're mostly competitively priced.

Sandman has decent rooms, great beds. Ask for a room away from the highway.

They're all pretty cheap but I haven't stayed in one for quite a while. Haven't been tempted by buck a beer night at the Oasis:)

Last time I was at the Oasis there was a very friendly and somewhat portly gal there that reeeeeealy wanted to get to know me better :) Actually, it looked like she really wanted to get to know anyone else from out of town too... She apeared to have all her own teeth, so that's kind of cool....:mrgreen:

Yeah you don't get to stay at the name brand hotel for cheap. Try the blue motel on the left side if you were heading east on #1. If I remember it's like $60.

I stayed at the bears claw lodge last week coming home it was 78 bucks a nite thats with taxes. Was good....havent stayed anywhere else there

just made a bunch of phone calls of all the hotels i found and all the ones you guys mentioned....cheapest one i found was the Nugget Road Motel...$45 a night for a 1 bedroom with 2 beds....but it was all booked up for this coming weekend....

next cheapest place was Robbie's Motel for $50 a night for 1bedroom with 2beds....so i booked a room there with them....they also have a shed in the back if we ever need it to hang a deer....

White Moose Resort.... On Loon Lake road.. Great hunting in behind! Inexpensive $50-$80 cabins on the water with wood stoves and full kitchen, shower etc. Most, if not all are two bedroom. Katie and Berndt are very nice and have a store on site for food etc. They are the last place on the lake so you are five min drive to forestry roads aplenty.. Bring GPS... there are a lot of roads to get lost in!
They also let you hang your meat there.
You just need to bring your food (or buy there) alcohol, and bedding.

Few places to stay in Clinton and even less in Savona. Where ever you stay, say that you work for the railroad (CN or CP) to get their best rate. Many places booked in CC right now as CP has a large gang working in Ashcroft.
