Need late season help!!

[Island Blacktail]

Will be going for the last 5 days of the season into Region 3 for mule deer. Haven't decided where to go, i like to hunt timber and get out of the truck. I was thinking North Thompson Clearwater area or Cache Creek Clinton area. any advise would be much appreciated. Never been mule deer hunting in Region 3. If anyone wants info on Blacktail hunting the Island or elk and bear I would be happy to help.

Barriere, Westside Rd, Skull Creek, Poison Creek...2003 burned areas are prime right now. Saw a balldragger up Robertson Creek (Cache Creek) last week of the season last year. Some new logging on top of Robertson should be good too. Too many spots, not enough time...:roll:
