A couple of us are thinking of trying the late season mule deer bow hunt around Princeton this year, any thoughts on where we should focus on? [ we don't want to steal your secret spots], It's been along time since I hunted around there and have lost track of the country. any pointers would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, ribber

Whipsaw is a good one. Also, the hills just outside of town above the river. Go down the hill in to town, and hang a right at the bottom, and another right, and follow the river till you hit the logging blocks, or deer, whichever comes first..

When are you planning to hunt? I live in Princeton and depending on when you come may have time to show you around. What type of hunting are you planning? Tree stands? Spot and stalk? There's hardly any snow and what there is is crunchy.
