Well after cutting off Buckwheat from cutting any more of my tags. :| I finally connected on a decent (to me) buck today. I bumped into two HBC guys today, Chris76239 and Ex-Bc guide. Mike and I crossed paths a few times. Moments after he came to give me a hand on an animal he thought I had shot, we parted ways, within a klick I tagged this guy.

Thanks to Ex-BC, his family and friends for a much appreciated lift into the Jeep.

Sorry :icon_frow The still new XLR was in the Jeep, I'd packed it for hours earlier that morning to no avail. It was "sleeping" on the back seat. The "boring P.O.S" A-bolt in .06 sent a home loaded 165 interbond into his ribs at near 50'

Good on ya.
What general area?

Lower reaches of 3-13  We were up to near 5000' at times and not a lick of snow

Congrats David. Nice buck!

He was, all 25' of it LOL. We did the knife work in the clearing, then Ex-BC and gang helped load it into the Jeep, which was backed into a big ditch, pick up style!!

Thanks all, was a great day.
