well i didn't get anything but i had a pretty good time with my oldest daughter. We saw 25 deer, 3 bucks and 22 does one coyote, 5 grouse and 3 cabin rats

Ashley had a chance at a grouse with her .22, the first shot(head shot) missed...next shot was a hit...sad this was the wounded grouse wiggled into a log jam. Never got it...

Great photos BCh. Very nice country - where ever it is. Too bad about the grouse getting away, but these things happen when we are learning a new skill.

Ashley looks like she is enjoying every minute of the trip. That's an interesting .22 she has there, what is the make and model?

that 22 shes holding is my Springfield M6 Scout .22/410. He rifle is the brown one

Nice country BCH eh!!...Had a buddy up there on the weekend and he got a nice 4 point meat buck...what did you think of the country??

Looks like beauty country, How big were the bucks? In my 10 day trip I only saw 1 good buck, as opposed to last year I seen 11. Oh well guess I'll have to wait for the rut.

the biggest was a 4x4 at 50 yards...we came around a corner and he was standing there with two does. I couldn't even get the gun off of the rack fast enough. I'd say the 4x4 was big as the 4x4 i have in my pic gallery. The other bucks were a 2 point and a 3 point

I think what we did wrong was use the quad to much...I was trying to get her some grouse.

my next big trip is on the 30th.
