creston rut

does anyone have an idea when the rut for whitetails is in full swing out in the creston area?does rattling work and scent as well as hunting midday?any help would be greatly appreciated,freezer needs meat beside the fish.

nope,,the rut isnt in full swing in mid Nov, and rattling doesnt work and scent,,,,ha,,,midaswell leave it at home. oh ya,,,mid day is only worth having a nap...LOL

seen a big white tail buck with a doe last night driving in to a spot that tells me he's very interested in her he was big no chance to shoot fresh dump of snow here..
