There was a guy in Taylor that rented me a trailer and two ATV's for my first buffalo hunt, can't recall his name. Hopefully someone on here know who I am speaking about.

Sorry I cant help you on how much or where for private use you can rent a quad ! all I do know is that most everything up here works in whats know as ( oil dollars) I do know that quad on (stand-by) available on short notice for use in the oil patch gets the owner about $100 a day, and that is without any miles or hours, just (stand by) god only knows what it would cost for a week,24 hrs a day, probably best if you can borrow ,rent one before getting up here! and a word of ADVICE !! dont let it out of your SIGHT! quads go missing here ( north east BC)( pink mountain) (Ft Nelson) (Ft St John)quicker than you can buy them!!

Gotta drive through PG before gettin to FT st john. Try redline power sports, or Moresun rentals, or Forest power sports. Not sure of #'s, but 411 works. Moosin

peace country rentals or raven oilfield rentals would make the most sense as they are in fort st john and probably closer to your hunting area. the price will probably be the same no matter where you go. not cheap but cheaper than shelling out several grand for a quad.

If you are looking for a quad in Fort Nelson PM me and I can phone around and get some prices for you. Stuff is even more expensive up here than Fort St John and Dawson so I wouldnt be expecting any sort of good deal.

"oil dollars" I like that. I can get a hotel in NYC for cheaper than I can in Fort Nelson. And Im not kidding.
