Hi there,

I just got my CORE and am waiting for my PAL to arrive in the mail. I've been lurking around here for a while and have to say there is some great information! My family/friends do not hunt so I'm completely green and I'm trying to pick up as much info as possible so I can hone my skills. I am an avid fly fisher and love the outdoors so to get into hunting was only natural.

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for good books for the beginner hunter.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

The art of hunting big game in North America

See if your library has this one. It's a classic.
