Took this picture a month ago. Probably would have been tasty but nobody was keen.

Legal?

The way I read the def. if a fawn has exposed bone on its head, its a buck and legal! And fawns like this I have seen more than once!

i passed up a buck like that just a couple hours ago near Squamish. took out a new hunter but didn't let him shoot it. i agree it should be legal, BUT GREY AREA. before marks thread on moose i would have let him take that buck

I would not take a deer this small ,but if you can see bone on it ,it is legal game.

I saw one yesterday with the antler just barely showing. We let it walk and see what he looks like next year.

We did end up taking a little spiker later in the day, but he spikes were 4" long and easily to identify.
