My '08 meat buck.

October 26/2008 decided to drop this little meat buck before we go back to 4pt mulie season. He was about 75yrds downhill when I first shot (and missed:eek:) I thought I had a solid lung shot but he was heading farther downhill so I took another quick shot and he dropped instantly. Good thing I followed up as when I got down to him I realized that my first shot missed completely:eek: My second shot went right below the ear (not intentionally either). Sometimes it doesn't go as planned but works out anyways :redface::redface:

Good job, perfect little freezer buck. And those are some nice moose sheds.

Thanx guys yeah it was a little messy. I don't normally head shoot animals, and didn't mean to with this one, it just happened that way:oops: Yeah I usually slit all my critters throats so when I gut them I can just tug on the wind pipe and pull the whole chest cavity out in one shot with the guts.

Sorry bought all the blood.
