Can someone explain the contradictions on 6-3 mule deer requirements.At first it states any buck.Ok next in green lettering it states it has to be a four point for the same area and the dates overlap?

Interesting first post!!! It is completely confusing. I'd contact the local C/O and see if there's been any corrections? There's non online?

I just checked on-line for corrections and this was missed. A phone call might be in order but you may be the only one that bothers to.
