Another secret creek sheep

[Bighorn hunter]

Just got back from our bighorn hunt, and came home with another fine ram. We have hunted the same area for 7 yrs now and have taken 2 great rams. My hunting partner and I now have one a piece, It was a great trip, with cooler weather than we have been used to in the past, but it didn't seem to bother the sheep much. We saw good numbers of sheep, maybe 100 total with about 30 rams.On the fifth day we got this guy. We hunted another 5 days but were unable to find another legal ram that was better than the one I got a couple of years ago.Unfortunatly this is the only pic I have as the rest are all on my partners camera.

He was a really old battler, we aged him at 4.5. his score was 160. Would have loved to see him at 10.

BHH ,I don't know much about sheep hunting ???.

But what I have heard out there is that finding a bighorn like this one is harder to find then that of a stone or others ,I will say it again very well accomplished hunt for the two of you.

It is a Rocky, and unfortunatlly my memory is quite poor durring the hunting season, can't remember exactly where we got him? I am 100% sure it was in BC though. The age of 4.5 is correct, just really good genetics!

i still have a hard time thinking that ram is only 4.5 years old wow that would of been a monster want to see the father of that ram holy smokes
