thats some fine table fare.I smoke the hams ,and make the rest into dinner sausage and pepperoni. The fatis rendered down for baking, and also mixed with beeswax and crisco makes a good boot dressing.Good lub for blackpower bullets too.The only thing left for the ravens is the gaul bladder-I just despise that trade

Bone-Collector is doing well, spent a night as his place and was treated to a great dinner, his wife is a fantastic cook. When it comes to bear hunting I'm 100% about the meat, this guy fits the bill perfectly. had 2 solid inches of snow white fat across the hind quarters. skinned and trimmed he went 178lbs on the hook. getting 2 roasts, stew cubes, smokies and pepperoni made from this fella. next bear is steaks and chops :D

first afternoon out we saw 6 blackbear, one griz, a couple mule dear and a million grouse. none of the bears were really what we were after, took this guy out the next moring along with 4 grouse.
