Mule Deer hunting near Kamloops

[Island Blacktail]

Was thinking about going Mule deer hunting near kamloops, Barrier area if this is a good Area? The only time i would be able to go would the very end of the Season. I'm from Vancouver Island and will only have 4 days to hunt. Any Tips on Areas and access for the late season 5 -10 December would be great. If anyone wants any info on Hunting on the Island I would be happy to help.

Read anything by Jelvis. He does know about alot of spots in the Kamloops area. Google some of these areas and check for access. Most are easily accessable except late in the season it will depend on the snow levels for some that are higher elevations but there are lots of areas that are good late because I find most casual hunters don't like the cold
