'08 meat buck

G'day everyone. I got the day off to do one last little huntin trip around here, because Im headin off to Kamloops to work for the next 4-5 months. Was up in an area where I seen a few decent bucks earlier this season, saw 10-15 does but no bucks. So I decided to head down and get ready to head off to loops, just 5 minutes after I turned around, I spotted 2 does (or I thought they were both does), so I drove up a bit farther and they started runnin beside my truck about 40 yards away, and then they stopped, and I noticed one had antlers so I got out, and put a bullet right in the side of his head and it came right out above his nose, and dropped him where he stood!! He is just a litttle meat buck, spike-fork. That was the first time I have ever gotten anything by myself and I tell ya it was quite the experience! Haha! But it was fun! Now Im off to kamloops and I'll get another tag and hopefully get a big boy over there! Here's a couple pics!
