After cleaning up a Van Isle hunting camp that slobs had left behind, we left up some tarps and a pile of firewood, intent on returning in a few days (this in no way was meant to deter others, but open for all). Our camp was used by people from Maple Ridge (we think). THEY LEFT FIREWOOD AND 2 COFFEE MUGS , AND A CLEAN CAMP! What a wonderful experience after driving long hours to find this treat.E-camp thanks you most profusely.This camp is always first come-first to use.

P.S. If you're going to leave a camp full of crap behind, I suggest a pile of rotting newspapers with your name and address on them is not a smart idea.(referring to the mess I cleaned up.)

Once again--kudos to you sportsmen/women from the Lower Mainland!

I can never understand why people leave their garbage in the forrest. Thanks for cleaning up the mess 308Lover - that is a sign of a true hunter, imo.

Wayne....you are on Vancouver Island....what you stumbled upon there is Elkhound and Kechika's moose camp :wink:. I thought they had purchased a wall tent but I know they like to snuggle under the stars. Hopefully you left it undisturbed as they like to keep camp "set up" to keep other hunters away. :biggrin:

Hey Chris, i was going to see if you wanted to go fishing to the nitnat this weekend, we could pick it up if you want. It would be better than your stained old mattress your grandma gave you.

I will swing buy and pick up this mattress when I go to the dump in a few weeks as for I only had the car when I was hunting yesterday morning.

No wonder the logging companies are locking the roads up as for seeing crap like this in the bush http://www.huntingbc.ca/forum/images/icons/icon8.gif.

Ha ha.....well....funny enough....(and it takes a confident man to post this pic which I had to take cuz I was laughing so hard at what was going on :lol:. I also really hope that it wasn't the salad bowl for the meal at the wedding...:eek:)....my GF booked me in for a spa treatment when I was at a wedding down in Auz two weeks ago. Full massage....and to my surprise.....a pedicure. Here are my toes soaking in some kinda messed up herbal scrub/bath.

Despite the "footie" treatment I still snuggled up with my gal that night.....not Elkhound in moose camp on the island. You guys keep it up though.....sooner or later one of them "swampies" has to make the swim and with a camp like that you "guys" will be ready.
