Went out to moose camp over the long weekend. Wandering about this morning, I came across a nice bull, but of course I don't have a draw, so I was wildlife watching instead. He was the only animal I saw this weekend, but I'm trying to get out there next weekend as well to find the ever elusive spike fork, or a calf. I did manage to skewer a few chickens, and tried the G5 small game heads for the first time. One was a complete pass through, and the other one of note was a decapitation. I have used the judos in the past, and found how resilient chickens can be... I was really impressed with the authority with which the SGHs drop small game. Anyone know if Ted (Buckhorn road area) stocks them?
