I was talking to a friend about maybe picking up another hound pup, turns out his buddy had an accidental litter of pups which he was going to conk over the head but has not gotten to it yet. My son picked up a nice looking male the guy gave it to him, at any rate if anybody is interested try this fellow 250 783 9397, I hate to see pups get bashed over the head. This pup my son picked up is a beauty so far, no physical problems nice build. Please post if you grab one I would like to think they all found a home.
Thanks all;-)

I would hope that the parents are not closley related (bad inbreeding seems to be par for the course for a few breeders that have a deservedly bad rep with hounds).

Who is the litter owner?

Hudson Hope, the dogs are not inbred far from it actualy, if I remember right they are Redbone, Blackn'tan, Walker and Bloodhound mix. My son picked a Blackn'tan male one of two, the others where Redbone looking females. These are from an oufitters stock I would expect at the very least to get a good cat dog and quite likely better than that.

Why not give him a call ? he may have a trucker friend comming your way or maybe he would put him on the airplane, what the hell it's going to cost you at least $300.00 for a pup if you have to buy one. I'm really happy with this little guy so far he's got a really nice build, If I could have stick handled my way around my wife I would have taken the other male as well.

I don't have picks yet but the 2 males look just like Black n Tans the 2 females look like redbones. Nice build on this pup not to long at the same time not to heavy, straight back. Hope they are still around.

Sniper - you're joking about this guy bashing pups over the head, right?

Nope not joking and under this Rough exterior I'm a little bit of a softy I don't really like the Idea of anybody smacking pups over the head. I have met a few houndsmen that have no problem shooting a dog if it is not what they wanted. At any rate these happen to be great pups but I don't know in reality how free they are it cost my son over $400.00 in gas to go get his pup.
