Here is a little buck I got last week on my way to work.I was early so I thought I`d take a look in an old logging lease on my way,and spotted 4 bucks together.I glassed this guy 3 times trying to decide if I should take him.In the end I figured I`d be kicking my ass if I let him go so he got a .243 right behind the ear at about 80 yards.Dead before he hit the ground.We had a roast last night and it was excellent!

You mean to say he just stood there while you thought about it, must be a different species of whitale from the ones I hunt. Around here ya just see a white flag doing 80 mph for the thick stuff, and that means it was a buck! Nice one!

Good call on taking this WT sawmill.

Now you can go to a different region and get a bigger one ,congrats on hammering him.

if you didn't shoot, it would have been spike bucks for the rest of the season and you would have had to get your hunting buddies in a line to kick you in the rear. Nice buck for sure!!

Very nice Sawmill...Must be one of those Alberta bucks, cause we know they don't grow like that in the East Koots;-);-)

How did the hunt with the wife go today???

We didn`t see anything but does today, managed to get a hell of a nice load of dry larch firewood though so it was a good day.:smile:

That's an awesome buck. "Little buck" my &$$! I guess all the whitetail videos I've been watching the guys are harvesting "Little bucks". Way to go nice deer for sure.

Thanks guys,We have a big buck pool going on at work,6 guys in for 20$ each.Maybe this buck will feed me and pay for my licence and tags as well.Multi tasking I think it`s called:biggrin:
