Used bird dog equipt./ where to get pointing dog supplies on VI

I am looking for a bird launcher, nothing fancy. If I can pull a string and the bird flys away its perfect. I am wanting to start looking for something for the start of next season. Any help would be wonderful.
(Oh, and Im on Vancouver Island.)
