I'm thinking of heading down to the Cranbrook area for an Elk hunt with my wife, for medical reasons she needs to go to the local hospital every second day. I have never been to the area so I need a bit of help, anybody know of an area near Cranbrook that has steep grassy slopes or a burn to hunt? I like to watch river crossings or try to catch Elk feeding near the top of grassy slopes, if you know of an area for me send me a P.M. Thanks for any help!
