well, on the eve of our trip, my buddy called and cancelled on out trip. this is the one where we were planning on heading to 3-30 and scouting/hunting in preparation for the main trip in October, which by the way, he's pretty much 98% backed out of as well. :( so, i've put some feelers out among a couple other buddies. if none of them can make it, i'll be on my own.
however, since i'd beon my own and absorbing all the costs, i'd want to hunt closer to home. i was thinking Merritt area or in a pinch Boston Bar. any tips on where a guy might find some game? i'm tagged up for mulies and black bear. wouldn't mind trying to call some coyotes. and of course, grouse are not safe when my .22 is along.
