8-3 or 3-17

I am leaving in a few days to hunt mule deer with my bow but I don't know were I want to go. I have hunted 8-3 before but it has been along time so I don't know how much things have changed. The other area I was wanting to try was 3-17 I have some good info on the area but have not hunted it. If there is some one who can give me info if these places are bad for off 4x4 guys and stuff like that or any good reason to choose one over the other.

I would go for 3-17 if I had to chose between the two of them.

8-3 has sheep hunters in it for next 4 weeks...also much better late season.
