Here's a couple pics from a scouting trip my brother and I took to the Ashnola a couple of weeks ago. He drew a sheep tag there this year. If anyone has any tips they'd like to share on hunting the Ashnola, I'm sure my brother would appreciate them. He drew unit B (Snowy Mountain/Juniper Creek area). Thanks, and enjoy the photos.

Isn't the first pic a default Windows item?

No. Windows may have a similar pic as a default, but this one is all mine.

I did not drawn for the area. I was down there kayaking and loved the area, so I put in for the LEH. I was going to scout this summer just like you guys are doing. Good luck, well don't shoot my ram.

I have drawn unit A for the early hunt,actually next Monday,but who's counting day's.
Although it is a different zone, very close mind you,I will forward anything I have seen or learned from my hunt upon my return;times, temperature, ect.
I ordered some great topo maps and backroad maps on-line and intend to arrive early for some scouting.
Note-There is a number in the l.e.h. to contact the ministry regarding some potential burning, this I believe to be in unit B,so it may be worth looking into, you could also ask for information regarding the ministry biologist if you wanted to talk to him.
Good luck.

Blainer, good luck on your hunt! Can't wait to see pictures of you with a giant ram. Would love to receive any info you'd be willing to share when you get back from your hunt.

Rod, thanks for posting up my last 2 photos properly. Is there a way to link to photobucket so that the actual photos appear in my post, rather than just the links?

Humble hunter, good luck on your hunt as well.
