Congratulations to 2 of our BC Archers on a great showing at the Canadian Championships in Dauphin Manitoba last week. In the Mens Open Bow Hunter Class the gold Medal and 1st place went to Leon Meier of Vernon wirh a total of 749
In the Bow Hunter Release Class another BC Archer Kevin Riemer of Enderby tied for first place with a 750 but brought home the silver medal on a count back 19x verses 26x
Well done guys your hundreds of hours practice sure paid off.

Rumour has it that the 3rd place finish went to an Island boy...

Can anyone confirm or debunk this rumour? BOWSITTER - anything to report?

you are correct, and I do owe an apology to the rest of the BC contigent that did so very well. There was more than these knubby fingers can type out I would recommend that anyone wishing to see the full results go to the Vermillon archers website
