Sunday Morning Pics

Here's a couple shots of a couple gangsters pigging out on saskatoons. These bucks definitely have a "core" area. There's a spring that comes out on the side hill that keeps them cool all day.

They feed from 4-5am to about 6:30. Then it's sit around and chew time. Of course the batteries were almost toast on my camera so the pics are a bit blurry. My camera always turns on inside the case from getting bumped. Then when it comes time to take some pics the batteries are on their last legs.

Yer lucky you got some pics, I saw a beauty buck yesterday, had him in bow range for 3 minutes. Pulled out camcorder, same thing, switch was on and batts dead. :cry:

Don't worry dude, "Holdin out" is my middle name!!!:) Next week I'll hopefully find a smoker in the alpine. I'll bring extra batteries, to avoid making a fish tale...
