I just wanted to thank all the hunters out there who have given a newbie like myself so much help and advice. I tried and tried (about 10 days) to get a nice bear up at pemberton and Harrison, and was finally able to take down a nice black bear up in tofino while on a fishing trip a few months back, and to mainland hunter from "Heads Above the Rest" who turned it into an amazing rug for me. I got the NIL from LEH but still look forward to a great hunting season.

not the best picture, took it with my computer camera. I can't figure out how to load up a real one. the fir is about 4 inches thick. real nice coat.
I also have some pictures of some whistler bears, but they are all to big to post.
