Where to get affordable tanning done in Vancouver?

I am looking for a cheap place to get a bear hide tanned. Pacific leather and fur quoted $200-$240 which it too rich for my blood as the hide I have isn't all that great.

I do not know of anywhere cheaper but you may find it .I have seen bad tanning jobs though and they do not last .

I can tell you that Pacific does quality work and as I look at the Black Bear hide from '99 it looks like the day I brought it home .It is 6'2'' and I think it was about $ 250 .

My Grizz hide should be ready any day now .I was quoted about 500 .

If 250 is too rich you may want to save up for an extra special bear yet to come . Geo.
