I asked our vet about it , he said it's called " Tom Jones Disease "
It's not unusual............ I have seen many pictures of unicorn deer in a trophy book.

I have never seen a buck with just one antler sticking up from that location ,I have seen bucks that only had one antler ,thanks for posting.

I shot a 6 point bull elk in 2001 ,it had a 8 inch Spike sticking out from the middle ,first elk I ever saw like that.
