I got my moose mount back last night from Ray at Heads Above The Rest and was extremely pleased with the results.

It does not have a huge rack but the hunt was the very memorable so I felt the necessity to have a mount done.

With the help of my wife (God bless her for letting me bring it in the house) we got it on the wall without too much trouble. Hope you enjoy the pics.

Looks pretty good to me - the rack may not be as big as you like but very solid looking with nice colour. Congrats on a great looking mount.

Great mount!!
I personally believe that the best reason to get a mount is to commemorate the experience, and trophy size secondary,,

Thanks for all the positive comments guys. I am still blown away by this mount every time I come in to the room, it really brings back the moment of the hunt and all the memories from the those few days out in the bush.

Great bull! I had a chance to see it up close when I was dropping off my bear and was jealous. I'd like to get one done when I get my first moose. My dream guys/game room has a moose head over top of the fireplace.8-)

He looks just like he did on the day you dropped him! He looks a bit thirsty though, where's the beer? Good job

He is a perfect match to his original beauty. When I sit in the family room drinking a beer I will toast him and have great memories of our hunt. Lets hope we can out do ourselves next fall.

Your taxidermist did an outstanding job on that mount you should be pleased. Looks a lot like my first bull. I never considered getting a moose mount done before but your mount has got me rethinking that now.

Great looking mount. I always believed that it is the memories of the hunt that make a trophy not the size of the antlers. Heads Above the Rest does some outstanding work.
