I found a guy our in Pitt Meadows today - was the closest I could find to N Shore. Seems all the local guys got warned by the Health and Safety folks last year to keep away from game or they'd loose their licenses.

Alderwood Farms on Bowen Island is awesome. When the owner isn't cutting meat for a living he's out hunting so he knows whats up when it comes to care of the meat, gamieness, etc. He's also got a small organic farm on site so he can mix in some pork with your bear if you like.
