caribou in the Itcha

Planning on going on a caribou hunt at itcha lake this fall. Wondering if anybody has been up there and if they have could they share a little info.

How do you plan on getting in?

We are going to charter a plane in and land on itcha lake and go from there

Go early if you want the cabin. It gets taken quickly.

the only guy I know who took caribou out of there went in by horseback, cuz You will probably have to cover alot of ground, I think I remeber himsaying the caribou hangout on the high plateaus between the mtn ranges.

We just might meet up this fall! A group of 6 of us with 12 horses will be camping by Itcha lake. We will be able to cover some ground so I am sure between all of us we will find some game. Should be a good trip. PM me if you want to chat.
