Trying for my first Archery bear today

I'm headed out with Nails today to the Cowichan Nit Nat area to see if I can take a bear with a bow. I have been practicing like crazy so the "kit" is on. Now I just have to get close enough to one.

Well we didn't go........I got half way to town and heard the message beep on my cell. Nails had had Mechanical troubles...trips off. Maybe next time:-). I will try to get out some time soon

Thanks I will try to get out early next week
I would go by myself but I earned extra kitchen passes as the wife doesen't like it very much if I'm alone and I was able to pick up an OT shift at the joint.
