Help with Bar Fishing

My son and I bought a bunch of bar fishing gear last year but didn't have a chance to go out. Anyone feeling generous and willing to help two guys to learn how do to do this? Not asking to be shown your 'secret' spots. Just go out one day and learn how to read the water, wherer to cast, the finer points etc.

Generosity will be rewarded with lots of beverages and food!!!

hmmm dont get down to lower mainland much..however we DO go north to TERRACE to bar fish for the big HAWGS..BIGGEST just shy of 60 #'s we spend 2 weeks there..china bar - 18 mile and a good friend brings his jet boat and we do Idiot rock and the Hawg line etc etc etc..

Always get good fish ..#;s AND size..would be willing to help demonstrate how and where etc etc etc..

As Canadian rep for Accurate reels..I tend to also have some very very VERY..good...TOP OF THE LINE (pun intended) reels.. like stop a 58# in the fast water of the SKEENA from shore while bar fishing..
