These are a couple of different fish caught on the Bow. The one my daughter is holding, is much bigger than the one I am holding. Neither of them were weighed, but the big fish measured out at a tad under 35 inches. I was nymphing a " 12 mayfly. That fish ran me all over the river. At first it came in like an old boot then it seen my ugly face and took me into my backing no less than 10 different times. I am surprised I even landed it. The fish I am holding was approx 5 or 6 inches shorter and not near the girth. I have other pics of these fish and other pics of nice browns caught the same day. I will try to post them.

Very nice Hotload, just beauty fish! I think brownies are some of the handsomest fish we have here. Does your daughter fish as well?

Nah, she just loves fishing the mall. I'm not stupid, I got her to hold the fish to make it look bigger, like that had to be done. Seems every fish I hold just makes it look small.
