Black Bear-Kelowna Area

Hey All,
I am going to be heading up to the Kelowna area for work the week of April 16 and 17 and was hoping to stick around there for the weekend to get some bear hunting in, and was just wondering if any of yall know of any good areas around there. I will be on quad most of the time so getting around isnt a problem. Any info you guys got on the area will be greatly appriciated as I have never hunting up there before.

True, but likely south facing slopes should be open, and the bottoms will be starting to green. Pick a road and watch the openings.

ya u might still get lucky... i never head out around here until may1st.... unless im bored!.... ive seen them right at the snow line a few times tho!

a buddy of mine was driving up 33 last week and seen two blackies.two bears ,two different spots.starting to show up in the lower areas.
