Not only does he win a rifle but he already has his first shed of the year. And to top it off it is a dandy.

Though I did find out how he does it, he spots the deer he wants the sheds off and then he wrastles them to the ground and makes them let go of their horns ( or something like that).

Do these count as sheds still, lol, the deer might be a little light headed though.

My kitty has been busy again this year, I went out in the back yard yesterday to assess the trails back there after the recent winds, and I found the smaller of the two piled up at the bottom a great big fir tree, then as I looked around and I saw a small game trial up to a large rock nob, so I followed it and there lays the second head, bones and fur everywhere I look all over that nob, there were a couple of does also, this cat must be good size, by the looks of things all these kills were dragged up there. Lot's of cat tracks, all the same size, so I am assuming this cat frequents the area regularly. I think I'm going to keep an eye on this nob from the other side of the gully.

I've got them soaking in a bucket of water and borax (ran out of bleach) to soften up the remaining flesh and crap, then the smelly business will take place cleaning the rest off.
I hope I get to see that cat.

BCBoy; I hope you get to shoot that cat.

I do too.
I put my BOB back together today and had it out at the range, shoots great, I'm ready for the kitty now.
If that cat keeps reaping the herd, there won't be any deer left around here.
The same thing happened last year this time, and I did get a few glimpses of the cat last year.

When I learn how to post pic. I will show sheds. Two more today. Hard walking in knee deep snow. Have to be a lucky SOB to find in the snow.
