Never seen the draws come out so late? Looks like government shenanigans, always look forward to them as it’s like the casino! Kind of sucking

I figure it May - be no LEH this year because no crown land available.

The way things are going this year it may be FN-LEHFW ( first nations limited entry hunting for whitey) pronounced "fen-lee-huff):-D

It's also due to the next 2 year GOS regulation cycle coming out this summer, so they need to determine exactly what will be LEH vs GOS prior to publishing the LEH regs...

Exactly, and now that they have announced the new LEH only for Caribou and more moose etc going into LEH, they can release the list. But will they…

Fairly confused as a new hunter over here.

Have you guys already applied and are waiting to see if you get your draw, or is the ability to apply for LEH draws coming up this month?

I'm trying to drag a friend of mine who is a generational hunter away from her life on the coast to take me out moose or elk hunting, I was under the impression I had already missed the deadline for application though.

For years it was out earlier, when we filled out those paper cards.. sorry but you’re quite the LEH nerd, since you’re so good, what about 1997 and 2001?

Got my info here

I did at one time have all the paper copies except the first year, loaned them out to a friend who had the nerve to die on me. :-(

there was a provincial government website attack that has likely given them an excuse to delay
