Just wondering how bad the compention is going to be for Spring 2008, Griz??

How many of us are going to apply, and if you dont mind what region???


Me, of course, and will apply somewhere in region 4.

Well....I'll confess

My son won a Grizz LEH in 7-06 last spring. On the way up the FSR to our camp we spot 4 in a gassy open field area furiously munching grass. 3 adults and 1 juvenille. Looked like about a 90 meter shot.

My son gets the rifle ready, and I say wait, got to check the map. We had just crossed a creek which had a name post sign and I discovered we were 1.5 km out of our designated zone:-x Had to let them go.

Tried for several days to locate them within the zone but no luck.

Oh well there's always next spring, we'll apply again:frown:
