This year I hunted with a higher end field line pack and a pair of gators. I have to say for the money I paid for these items I am dissapointed. The pack groans and creeks as I hike around and 2 zippers broke. The gators worked great until there zipper broke, I think I wore them 4 times. These Items were bought a local hunting stores, none were low end walmart specials. These items were not worth what they cost me and I will just have to spend more money on higher end gear. My rant. Cheers

You can buy parts to fix the zippers on the gators and pack from a fabric store.

My fieldline pack lasted one quarter of a season of guiding and fell apart. It was a piece of crap and although they say they have a lifetime warranty, forget it as they will not cover it as I was "abusing" it with packing out a goat hide/cape.
