Another good early season buck or what dino? Hopefully someone can help you out. I stopped posting hunting stories long ago due to the hassle of posting pictures. Too bad as I really enjoyed writing the stories up and even more so enjoyed reading them. I can't for the life of me understand why HBC hasn't upgraded to a server that would allow you to add pics to post right from your phone album. May actually bring this site back to life again.

Anyhow, I look forward to your story and pics!

It’s very painful to post pictures. That would be a great improvement to the site for sure if it was simpler. I use the imgur app and create a link to the pictures.

There is one work around i have discovered that works great for me.
First i post the wanted pic(s) to my twitter/X account, click 'send', then
wait about 20 secs for pic to register as a post there.
Then right click & 'copy image' & paste it here.
Then i delete the pic on Twitter.
Takes about a full minute.

OK, I kinda got it figured out.
I went to my usual opener hunt and came across the 2 point in the pick. I wasn't able to take my youngest for the youth hunt so I thought I would take a pic for him. I sent him the pic after fumbling around for 4-5 minutes. I then saw a good 4 point after the 2 point took off. I was able to get a shot off but missed.
Last season I missed 4 separate 4 points in this same spot. I had dislocated a shoulder and can't keep the rifle as steady as I use to. if you look to the right of the two point you can see that I clearly need some glasses also. That was the 4 point that I shot at after it obviously got bored of looking at me because I clearly didn't see it.lol.
My son showed me the pic when I got home . I can't believe that buck was there watching me the whole time and I just didn't see it.

Go to this site:

https://postimages.org/ (https://postimages.org/)

Click on “Choose Images”

Select your desired photo from your album

It will upload and when done, offer you 9 options for format

Select “Hotlink for forums” and paste your link into the body of your post.

Its SUPER easy. Results below:

I've posted pics from my phone and it's not that tough but it's easier to just use a hosting site and link from there. I think you can also post them to the HBC "gallery" and also link from there but I've never done it. Yes, it would be nice to be able to easily post direct from your phone but that's not my department! :)

google Imgur

Its free, make an account, add photos/images. Select the photo you want to share and make sure to pick "huge thumbnail" as size and just hit the copy message board button option then paste it into your post here or other forums
