Spotting Scope

I am looking to invest in a spotting scope. Mostly for the range to sight in at 200 yards or more. Are the Leupold Sequoias any good for this sort of thing.

If anyone knows whether or not I need a spotter or can I use a pair of Bino's with a magnification of 10X.

Hi,
I don't know about the Sequoia but I have a Wind River and that's very good.
At a range of around 200 yards you could probably do what you need with binos mounted to a tripod.
