Have you considered a solar panel with charge controller?

I use one of these to charge and maintain a motorcycle battery. Had it for many years and still works well. https://www.batterytender.com/junior

My one caution would be that many of the higher end chargers, and even some of the less expensive ones, have lower temperature limits that are particularly useless in colder areas of the province, which is often when you really, really want a trickle charger to be working to keep cold batteries topped up.

Some chargers and maintainers turn off when they hit lower limits (-20C ish), which is disaster for keeping batteries on equipment topped up for winter cold starts.

The Noco Genius units also desulfate as they charge.
They have a lower limit of -20C but they have a “force” mode which MAY override?
Don’t quote me as I haven’t tried it.

I've been looking at the NOCO Genius 1 and 2 amp units for my Toyota.
reviews on amazon are good 4.7 *

Last winter I tried my motorcycle tender .75 amp
It worked but took hours to stop flashing so I know a 1 or 2 amp unit would be better.

I have the Noco Genius 2 in a couple of my vehicles that tend to sit. Mounted them inside eng compartment with plug hanging out grille. Also have a Noco Genius 5 which I use for charging batteries over night. It is compact and brilliant the way it works in my opinion. Works with all types of batteries and also has a repair mode. Check it out on google. The Noco Genius 5 is about $120 on amazon right now. Also avail in CanTire

CTEK 7002 is great, can get smaller ones too. I rotate it between, quad, trolling battery and trailer batteries.
